These terms apply to your use of jawaileopardtrails.com and to safaris, transfers, stays and experiences arranged through us in Jawai-Bera, Rajasthan.

Who We Are

Jawai Leopard Trails is a curation and booking service. We arrange your trip through committee-registered, GPS-tracked local safari operators and partner properties — we are not ourselves the vehicle operator on your safari.

Honest Wildlife Expectations

We never guarantee leopard sightings. Sighting odds depend on zone, season and timing, and we will always give you an honest read of current conditions rather than an inflated promise.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once details and payment (or advance, where applicable) are received via WhatsApp or our booking page. Full pricing and cancellation terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Compliance

All safaris we arrange run within the hours and rules set by the Rajasthan High Court order and Forest Department SOP (6am–7pm, registered and GPS-tracked vehicles only, no night safaris, spotlights, drones or call playback).

Liability

Safaris, transfers and stays are conducted by independent registered operators and properties. We vet our partners for registration and compliance, but each operator is responsible for the conduct of their own vehicles, staff and premises.
